Tradition of rotary kilns from PSP Engineering a.s. has lasted since 1951. Since that time there have been supplied more than 200 rotary kilns to America, Europe, Asia and Africa for various industries – production of cement, lime, magnesite, Keramzite, iron ore processing, paper and chemical industry.
Nowadays, PSP Engineering produces rotary kilns with three or two supports. Tires of individual supports are seated on flexible shims. On each of bases there is a pair of radial rollers transmitting loading from rotary kiln to bases. Rotary kilns are driven through girth gear. Stable and steady motion of rotary kiln in axial direction is achieved by means of hydraulic axial roller. Inlet and outlet end are fitted with refractory replaceable segments. The both ends of rotary kiln are fitted with sealing as a protection against undesirable air sucking.
