PSP Engineering a.s. is one of the best technically and technologically equipped production plants in the branch of heavy industry. Machines of this company belong among the biggest in the Czech Republic.
Production capacities are divided in to two production halls with bridge cranes of loading capacity up to 250 tons.
Larger, mechanical-assembling workshop is equipped with universal machines for production of large-sized parts, e.g.:
- Centre lathe with swiveling diameter 7600 mm and swiveling length 18000mm
- Vertical single-column lathe (vertical turret lathe) with swiveling diameter 16000mm and swiveling height 6300 mm
- Horizontal boring machines WD200 with travel size up to 18000 mm
- Bending rolls, thickness up to 150 mm and width up to 4 000 mm
- Heat-treatment (annealing) with dimensions 10000 x 10000 x 20000 mm
Smaller “heavy hall” is equipped with universal machines, too. They are of common size as well as of unique, e.g.:
- Horizontal boring machine WD250 with travel size up to 9980 mm
- Vertical lathe CNC (vertical turret lathe) with swiveling diameter 6300 mm and swiveling height 5690 mm
- Gear machines for module 50, diameter 8000 mm and gearing width 1750 mm
- Planer with operating area 3150 x 10000 mm
Besides above unique machines the both halls have devices for manual and automatic welding as well as assembling shops, testing rooms and paint shops. All these activities are in compliance with the regulations of ISO 9001 standard.
